We are open Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Early morning, evening, and Saturday appointments are also available. We will make every effort to accommodate urgent appointment requests.

Cancellations

Failure to keep your scheduled appointments at Elite Sports Physical Therapy
(ESPT) hinders our ability to provide the best care to our patients. So, to limit
missed appointments, we have implemented a "No-Show Appointment Fee."

We ask that you show us consideration by calling at least 24 hours prior to your
appointment if you are unable to attend. This will allow us the opportunity to offer
that appointment to another patient. Please call ESPT at: (510) 656-3777.

Insurance

ESPT currently accepts all PPO insurances, Medicare, and auto insurance claims. We also accept patients on a cash-paying basis. Just because we are not on your insurance company's list of providers, that does not mean we will not accept your insurance. Please feel free to contact us for a more complete explanation of your particular plan.
